Liza is a talented communicator with a true “zest for life” and a passion to help, heal and protect. She has over 20 years of education and experience in community health education, K-12 health education, biometric screening, coaching and training, and was formerly the owner and lead dance instructor of Raqad Fitness, LLC in Gearhart, OR. Her current training and certifications include:

• NASM certified Nutrition Coach
